With our vast experience and knowledge from over 10 years in the business, we know exactly what you’re looking for in a networking event. It’s our commitment to create a nurturing environment and a safe haven for talent, all while showcasing you to world-renowned agents from across the globe.
Global Stars Network is a networking convention that brings together a wide range of the best new talent in the business with industry VIP’s, (Agents, Managers, Casting Directors, Scouts and other industry professionals) all while nestled into the exotic comforts of a Carnival Cruise!
Being in such a fast paced industry, it’s essential to align yourself with representation you can trust; people who truly care about you and your success within the industry. Global Stars Network is the premier network of its kind, and we’ve worked tirelessly to design this event with you in mind.
There are many choices in the model and talent convention showcase industry. Our choice of venue is unique in the industry. We chose the most fun, kid's friendly, and budget conscious cruise line on which to hold our events.
Our event this coming Summer 2019 will be on the Carnival Elation out of Orlando (Port Canaveral). It is our hope that you will be able to take advantage of all our event has to offer as far as industry connections, AS WELL AS bring the whole family and make it a full experience.
Carnival Elation was built to celebrate the muses who inspire the arts. Carnival guests like you can expect this ship to inspire you… to have tons of vacation fun.
Not that Carnival Elation is going to have a hard time convincing you! As you head toward your destination, you’ll find plenty of spots to visit for a tasty bite — options like the taco-‘n-burrito goodness of BlueIguana Cantina, the burgers-‘n-fries combo of Guy’s Burger Joint, plus all the rotating goodness of Lido Restaurant. (Our suggestion: bring an appetite and try them all!) Carnival Elation also features places to enjoy a drink, from the all-chill Gatsby’s Bar to the friendly poolside rivals RedFrog Rum Bar and BlueIguana Tequila Bar… and don’t forget everybody’s friend, the always-swinging Duke’s Piano Bar.
If being a kid is more your thing, we have plenty of ideas for how to spend your time. Activities that are age-appropriate, supervised — and of course, fun! — are available for the actual kids at one of three youth spaces. Then there’s the video arcade… oh, and did we mention the slidey, splashy, squirty Carnival WaterWorks? We didn’t, but we should have, because both of these are fun for all — all ages, that is!
Carnival Elation also now has Balcony staterooms, each one featuring an outdoor space designed to help you make the most of the natural sea breeze. You’ll see, and feel, that this ship is ready to inspire everyone in new ways
Step 1: Cabin Registration – Click on the “Registration” link above and fill out all of the information for each person in the cabin. At the end will be a “Submit” button to send your information.
Step 2: Select Your Cabin Type – Click on the “Select Your Cabin” link above and with the information on each cabin type, use the drop down menus (arrow to the right ON the button gives you the other options) to check the final pricing for each type of cabin paired with the number of people that will be in your cabin. This step is where you pay the deposit or the full price of your cabin. After February 22nd, the website will be updated and the deposit option will be removed. You may receive an email with additional instructions if one step was completed and the other was not. You will receive an email confirmation if step 1 and step 2 are both completed. The email will contain your booking number with Carnival and the names and dates of birth for each person in the cabin. PLEASE check this carefully to make sure that each name and date of birth is correct. Final Balances are due February 22nd.
Step 3: Book your hotel room for the night before the cruise (June 23) – Click on the “FAQ’s” link above and scroll down the page to the information on our PRE-CRUISE HOTEL. Staying in our host hotel is optional but highly recommended. There is always a possibility of flight delays and there is no such thing on a cruise as a “late check-in”. When the ship pulls away from the dock on June 24 at 4:00 PM sharp, you must be on the ship or you will miss this cruise. ALL of the east and west coast agents are in the host hotel the night before the cruise. It’s a good idea for you to be there too.
Step 4: Book your ground transportation – Also on the FAQ’s page is the information on booking your ground transportation from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It is recommended that you book your ground transportation at least two – three weeks out from when your flight lands. There is a link and also a phone number; whichever works for you. Make sure that you get a confirmation email or confirmation number to ensure that you are guaranteed that they will be there when you land.
IF you have any problems with completing any of these steps, feel free to call the GSN Travel office at 877-600-4450 or email info @ globalstarsnetwork.net and we will walk you through the process.
You are not considered registered for the event until you have booked your cabin online at this website and paid your convention fee. You must book cabins with the group to be a part of the group. Due to event space allotment, a $250 processing fee, per person, (event fee) will apply for any cabins not booked through this cabin registration website.
